Great Day!

I am heading to bed now to avoid the munchies. I am very thankful for all of your support. I had a great day. I stayed on track with food and water intake. I also got a little walking in. I plan to not snack tonight. I know it will get easier and I will feel better about me with each small step. After seeing the Biggest Loser I know I can step up my activity tomorrow. Good night everyone. sleep well. Tomorrow is a brand new day!

  1. Biggest Loser was interesting. The older couple separating at the end made me cry! They are so sweet and he lost so much weight!

It is great that you are working so hard on changing the behaviors NOW instead of waiting. It will take time but the anxiety will fade! You are doing great!

  3. I was wondering if any others watched Biggest Loser. I like watching it. I do feel bad for the people who have to go home. I think it is kinda mean that they bring then in as couples then seperate them so soon.

Sounds like you are doing great. It is always nice when we can string some good days together. I have come to realize and try to practice "one day at a time".You go girl!

  4. I'll say good morning - hope you had a good night. Biggest Loser is such an inspirational show for overweight people. I love how it makes me feel after I watch - I didn't see last nights (Tivo) but can't wait. Looks and sounds like you're doing an awesome job.

  7. I think turning in early to avoid snacking is a marvelous idea. :-) I sometimes do that myself if I really want to binge, early evening after my kids go to bed is my worst time for snacking. I look forward to following your journey.

  8. I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you!! You totally helped me last night! It was getting late and I wanted to eat something (even though I wasn't hungry in the least), but then I thought of your post and how well you did the other night with making it through the night without eating & you totally inspired me to leave the food in the kitchen and go to bed (which is interesting that your post is about that tonight!). So, thank you, my friend. And, congratulations on doing such an amazing job!! :)
